Kurt leads Forum One Communications' implementation of technology services to help clients have a more substantial impact. Kurt brings 10 years experience in creatively applying internet technology to solve business needs of non profits.

Kurt plays a key role in managing important web development projects for clients, developing new client opportunities and leading the expansion of Forum One Communications' web products to better serve its clients. Kurt also delivers executive level consulting guidance on technology trends, technology investment planning and execution.

Prior to joining Forum One Communications, Kurt Voelker was the Acting CTO for the National Nonprofit Practice of Commerce One Global Services, where he led the technical direction and strategy for technology partnerships and services provided by Commerce One's nonprofit group.

Kurt holds a bachelor's degree in English and Philosophy from Randolph-Macon College and a Master's degree in Information Systems Management from George Washington University.
