Barbara Bianco is Managing Director responsible for spearheading both Staffing and Human Resources, assuring that personnel retention and recruiting are strengthened by managing company benefits and overall policies and practices.

Prior to joining Forum One Communications, Barbara was Director of Staffing for Management Information Consulting, Inc. and spent seven years at Turner Construction Company in Human Resources for the Western Division.

Barbara has been a long standing member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), participating in several SHRM focus groups. Barbara has a Degree in Environmental Science and Business Administration from Long Island University, Southampton.
